Where is your furniture made?

Sirkka furniture is made to order in our factory in Brisbane, Australia.

Do you deliver Australia Wide?

We currently deliver to all Australian capital cities and remote areas depending on postcode.  We provide a quote for freight on enquiry and will confirm if our furniture can be delivered to your area.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally. We deliver Australia wide.

Can I order fabric samples?

You can order up to 6 fabric samples for the cost of $10 including shipping.  Samples will take 5-7 days from date of order.

Do you work with trade?

Sirkka works with interior designers and decorators, and leading architecture and interior design firms offering exclusive trade pricing and consultation. Sirkka offers furniture collections for residential use as well as for commercial interiors including retail and hospitality, hotels and resorts and educational and government fit-outs.

Can I use my own fabric?

Sirkka’s range of fabrics have been selected specifically for their performance and suitability for our designs.  We offer each range in a selection of 10 colours.

Trade are able to select their own fabric in consultation with our design team regarding the suitability of the fabric to the design.  Price will vary according to fabric selected.

Do you have a showroom?

We do not currently have a showroom open to the public.  Trade are able to visit our factory/ showroom by appointment only.

What if I have a problem of concern with my furniture?

Please email [email protected] with your complaint or concern and we will assist promptly with your query. Sirkka is committed to customer care.

How do I track my order?

We will email you updates in regard to your order and delivery timing. When your order is completed you will be contacted to arrange delivery timing. Please note once the item is completed we deliver within the time frame estimated.  We do not have storage facilities.

What does the delivery include?

The freight charge covers a single delivery at ground level, easy access during normal weekday delivery hours. The service also includes rubbish removal, placement and assembly depending on the location. We ask that someone is onsite to check and sign for all furniture deliveries.

Is it possible to pick up my furniture from you factory or showroom?

We do not have the capabilities for pick up of furniture from our factory.  All orders include a delivery / freight charge.

What do I do if my furniture is damaged on delivery?

Please check all furniture on delivery. Take photos of any damage and send details in an email to [email protected]. We will respond promptly.  Sirkka is committed to customer care.

What if I need to change my delivery address?

Please double check your delivery address prior to placing the order. We are able to change the delivery address, as long as the order has not been despatched. Please email [email protected] ASAP with your new address details.

Can I cancel my order?

Please choose carefully, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. For any additional questions, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Can I make changes to my order?

Please contact us within 24 hours if your order requires any changes. As all our product is custom made to order, changes after this time may not be possible or will incur additional charges.

What is the warranty on your furniture?

We offer 10 year structural warranty and 5 year warranty on the foams and fills.  Fabric warranty is dependant on warranty supplied by the fabric supplier.  See Terms & Conditions. Any enquiries regarding warranty email [email protected].  Sirkka is committed to customer care.

How to Order

How to Order?

Select the sofa, modular, bed or ottoman you prefer and select the fabric from our range specified.  This will give you a price.  Submit your order/ enquiry and we will respond within 48 hrs with an invoice for payment including shipping.  You can order fabric samples online prior to ordering.

What is the delivery timing?

All our furniture is designed and manufactured in our Brisbane factory. Our current lead times are approximately 12 weeks but our lead times do vary throughout the year.

Upon confirmation of your order you will receive lead time updates from our customer care team.

Can I order online?

We provide a price online but you cannot order and pay online directly.  Once you submit your enquiry we will provide an online order for payment including freight charges. You can order fabric samples online only.
